OUR COVID-19 MEASURES FOR A SAFE STAY 

Dear Guests, 
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and staff remain our highest priority at Ilioperato Hotel. We have been closely monitoring the updates from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Greek Ministry of Public Health, as well as the government’s guidelines regarding the protection from the coronavirus.
On a daily basis, our management and staff are working hard to ensure that our hotel meets the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our safety and hygiene measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, up to the slightest details: from thorough hand-washing to using cleaning products of the highest quality.

Specific protective steps we are taking include:

Health & Safety for employees
We make sure our staff meets all health requirements by:

• Daily screening – where our employees undergo daily covid-19 monitoring.
• Special staff training – on-going education on safety protocols and practices from official health organizations.
• Social distancing & safety equipment – our employees abide by the international and local policies of keeping a safe distance, as well as wearing masks and gloves.

Cleaning Products & Protocols
We use cleaning products and hygiene protocols of the highest international standards.

• Guest Rooms – use of disinfecting products and health protocols to clean rooms, with a particular focus on high-touch items.
• Public Spaces – we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in the hotel’s public spaces such as the front desk, door handles, public bathrooms and room keys, to name a few.

Social distancing rules for everyone
We diligently perform all protocols enabling you to follow the necessary social distances when interacting with others.

• Redesign of common areas – furniture and equipment positioning has been remodeled in line with the latest legislation, to help you maintain the required social distance.
• Support from staff – helping you apply these measures in all areas.
• Early detection protocols – in case of guest’s health concern, our trained staff will immediately apply the hotel’s action plan such as isolation, protective equipment and contact with medical services.
